This place is absolutely beautiful and spotlessly clean. the Wi-Fi works really well too! It's awesome that our room had a fridge, coffee and tea setup, and even a dining area enclosed with gates. 🌟

Nothing too much trouble, I had a real good stay and would love to return. Clean and modern hotel with comfy location very close to everything, just what I needed. The staff were super-friendly and amiable, it was a bonus. Everything was modern, greatly enjoyed garden view from my a twin room. Location: the property was really close to dowtown.

Excellent for Christmas getaway

I had a wonderful Christmas experience at this hotel. The rooms were cozy and clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel’s convenient location allowed me to easily explore the city and take part in the festive celebrations. The hot breakfast selection was diverse and fresh, and the free Wi-Fi made keeping in touch with my family easy. I also enjoyed the excellent customer service, with staff always being ready to help with any inquiries and providing recommendations for things to do in the city.

I encountered some difficulty with the shower, which had inconsistent water temperatures. It was often either too hot or too cold, and it made it difficult to have a relaxing shower.

The room was clean and the bed really comfortable. I also appreciated that they provided free Wi, Fi and parking at no extra charge. the hotel was located in a great area, close to many restaurants and shopping centers. On top of that, the breakfast was a good variety of options and it was for free.

We love the hotel's great location in a calm and secure area that is easily walkable to everything. the rooms are tidy, comfortable, and the bathrooms are well-equipped. the staff is very helpful and accommodating and the chef's food is scrumptious. We enjoyed having the option of a clean and tidy room or to let it be.

The breakfast could use some freshening up to meet the guests' high standards.

During our stay at Aljamal, we experienced a small issue with the shower mixer. However, the hotel promptly sent someone to fix it, and although it took a couple of tries, they made sure the problem was resolved. The staff's willingness to address and rectify the situation left a positive impression. The complementary upgrade to a suite with a king bed and a jacuzzi was a nice gesture, even though the jacuzzi wasn't working. The hotel's effort to accommodate us made us feel valued as guests. I would recommend this hotel for their attentive service and willingness to go above and beyond.
